So this week was really rough ha. But no worries, I lived ! We had a baptism all lined up for Saturday but she got cold feet on Saturday morning. It was a hard day because we kept calling her but she wouldn't pick up the phone. We're gonna try and talk to her tomorrow and set a date for her. The worst thing that could happen is have her think we're upset with her and then never talk to us again and not get baptized and keep living the way she's living. She's completely stopped drinking and living the way she used to, it's like she's a different person but I guess she doesn't feel ready. We're gonna keep working with her, pray for her please. Her names Aline by the way ha. We have a handful of other people we're gonna try and baptize this week or the week after. It's crazy how much Satan works with people to get them to avoid baptize, he literally stops at NOTHING. But, like my mommy and papa say..."Light will always overcome darkness." These 2 investigators we have are getting married today, we hope and so we're really trying to push. Oh by the way we have transfers tomorrow and I'm gonna stay here with Elder Cerna and Herrera. Elder Belo's gonna be the next secretary ! Cool huh ?

So this week we killed a rat. It was pretty funny/pathetic hahahahahah. Elder Belo saw it on my bed so we locked all the doors and got em ! When Elder Herrera gave the final we all screamed and we were all sweaty and what not, it was epic.

Oh, we were at a recent converts house and we were really trying to gain a testimony of the Book of Mormon because they only read the Bible and Doutrine and Covenants ha. So we get there and we're leaving the message with them and she goes, "Yeah I already know now that the Bible is false.." WHAT !? hahahahahaha and so we explained it all to her the man added and took things away but the Bible is true. but she's super funny, she's always trying to feed us so we love her lol.

Just to leave something with all of you before I head out. We have another recent convert that is going through some really hard times. She seperated from her "husband" so that she could be baptized but now he cut all of her funds. So now she's selling things in her house so she can have money to feed her 2 daughters. No one knew because if you talk to her, she's the same happy woman who loves the gospel of Jesus Christ. I've never seen someone that trusted in God the way she does. But the strangest thing is, is she's happy. She's happy because she's living the gospel of Jesus Christ. God never promised that everything would go our way but he did promise we would be blessed. The only way to be truly happy is by living the gospel of Jesus Christ and holding firm to your faith. She has no friends because everyone she knows including her sister (that we were teaching -_-) talks bad about the church. But she doesn't budge. For me there's nothing more that needs to be said because she is amazing and the next time that I'm having a rough time I'll think of her. God knows our needs and he knows our struggles, if you have nothing else to have hope in or no one else to lean on, remember that he never left your side. Keep his commandments and the blessings of heaven will be poured out into your life.
